Meet Amy
Amy is the Founder and Owner of With Amy, a boutique Pilates and personal training practice dedicated to helping people feel strong, capable, and pain-free in their everyday lives. Her mission is simple: to improve quality of life through movement—whether that means recovering from injury, building strength, or refining technique for better performance.
With a background in both dance and sport, Amy has always been fascinated by the way the body moves and how correct technique can transform strength, posture, and confidence. Over the past 10 years, she has worked as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, while specialising in Pilates for the last 7 years. This unique blend allows her to combine the precision and rehabilitative focus of Pilates with the strength-building principles of personal training.

Meet Mel
Melissa is a fully certified Clinical Pilates instructor who completed her Diploma of Pilates through Body Organics Education, one of Australia’s leading training providers. With a background in journalism and communications, Mel brings exceptional attention to detail, clear instruction, and an ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
After discovering the transformative benefits of Pilates during her own journey through maternity leave, Mel pursued a new career dedicated to movement, strength, and wellbeing. She is passionate about helping clients build body awareness, improve posture, enhance flexibility, and gain confidence through safe, effective, and personalised Pilates training.
Trained to work with all ages, abilities, and fitness levels, Mel strives to make every client feel comfortable, supported, and motivated in their sessions—always with a sense of fun and encouragement. Whether your goal is rehabilitation, core strength, or overall wellness, Mel’s approach combines clinical precision with an uplifting energy that helps you achieve what you once thought impossible.
